We are advocates of a program we call “Healthy Supportive Eating.” This is not a diet; in fact we do not support any of the fad diets that fail so many people today.
Healthy Supportive Eating involves our 80/20 approach which suggests eating as healthy as possible 80% of the time on a regular reoccurring basis. The other 20% belongs to eating sensibly but eating those treats on occasion when a craving arises, or when the holidays come around, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Our nutritional guidance helps each individual establish the proper balance so that you can enjoy a healthier way of eating now, next year and for the rest of your life. It’s a lifestyle change that you can live with!
Our weight management program works because it’s sensible and it can be done. Nutritional guidance, sample menus and healthy recipes along with a collection of tips that you won’t find anywhere else are all a part of the keys to your ultimate success.
