I am interested so what is my first step?

The first step is to send us an email or give us a call at (717) 579-8257 so that we can set up a time for a consultation. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what we do and how we do it and most importantly it is the perfect time to ask any question you have. We love what we do so questions are more than welcome!

After I complete the paperwork what comes next?

  1. You must submit your doctor’s written permission to participate or simply have the Physicians Approval Form completed and signed by your doctor and faxed back to our office at 24-hour dedicated fax line: (717) 545-2595. Note: If you have been referred by a physician who is a member of our referral network, we will take care of approval process for you.
  2. Schedule your first session by calling the Fitness Coach you had your consultation with. To reach Joe Green dial (717) 579-8257. To reach Robyn Godfrey-Hiles dial (717) 386-0349

What should I wear, how should I dress?

Dress comfortably. Avoid wearing tight fitting clothes that might interfere with movement such as exercise and stretching.

Do you accept insurance of any sort?

Currently we do not. We do not bill insurance carriers for any services whatsoever. We do not get involved with disputes if any arise involving insurance carriers.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Check, Cash in person or through our website via PayPal.

Do you work with more than one person at a time?

General fitness clients we work with one-on-one, as a couple or in small groups of 3-4 maximum otherwise we hold fitness classes every Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm at our studio location.

Clinical exercise clients we work with one-on-one without exception as we find the dedicated time and attention is best in this situation. Those who have chronic illnesses or serious injury/limitations benefit best from this approach.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Our cancellation policy is that you call your personal fitness coach within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment so as to allow someone else the chance to take advantage of the open time slot. Doing so within 24 hours ensures the appointment will be rescheduled or not counted as a used/completed session.

Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours in advance will not be rescheduled and that session will be lost. You must call your personal fitness coach directly to speak with them or to leave a message concerning your appointment. (Do not send an email)

You have one full calendar year from the date of purchase to use all of the sessions.

How long will my session last?

The time for each session generally lasts for approximately one-hour. Depending upon the nature of situation, additional time or less time may be needed. Any issue pertaining to this can be discussed with your personal fitness coach.
