Nutrition Blue-Print (S.E.N.S.E.) - Included with all personal training packages is Joe's incredibly successful Healthy Supportive Eating Plan. Quick to say, it's not a diet rather it's the real deal when it comes to eating and making it a lifestyle change from your body to your taste buds, to your mind. The connection is complete and for those who want to learn what it's really all about, there's a first class education waiting for you and results that will last you a lifetime when you follow a program like this. Unlike diets, this is a way of eating that you will not only follow for now but forever… Learn, live and enjoy the results that come with it all without the traditional struggles of dieting and frustrations of gaining all of the weight back and then some.

The Tools - You will receive the tools and education you need to be incredibly successful right from the moment you get started. We will explain, demonstrate, watch, coach and motivate you with a custom designed exercise and nutrition plan that you can follow. - You even get your own personal Workout Calendar, your roadmap to success for each and every day week in and week out, month after month. Homework - Learning the basics and what to do when you're on your own (6) programs - Feels like a slow start but it's just the pace the body needs for sure fire success!

FAQ's

What should I wear? Dress in clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably. You'll be on exercise mats most of the time so dress comfortably and in clothes you wouldn't mind perspiring in.

How long is a session? Generally a session lasts for one hour. The window of opportunity for the maximum benefit from exercise rests within that time frame. However questions are always welcome so if it runs over an hour, it's quite alright by us!

What if I have to cancel my appointment? You must give your trainer a call at least 2 hours in advance so that we may offer the time slot to someone else.

What are your hours? We schedule all sessions by appointment only and we do so starting as early as 6am until as late at 9:30pm. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

What time are the classes held? We have Mat Pilates Classes on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm every week. We also feature other classes such as Yoga, Kickboxing, Zumba and more as we rotate the classes we offer.

What is the payment policy? Your first payment is due at the start of your first session then each payment thereafter is due on the first of each month until the balance is paid. Most of our clients prefer to have payment debited from their personal checking or savings account and we do that on the first of each month.

We also accept credit cards (MC, Visa, Discover) and can email a receipt to you instantly for your records. Payment is determined by simply multiplying the number of sessions in the package you chose by the rate per session

How do I get started? Getting started is very easy to do, follow these steps:

  1. Set up a free consultation - Email or by phone
  2. Select the package of your choice to reserve your sessions
  3. Have your doctors approval form completed and faxed back to 717 545-2595
  4. Schedule your first appointment by calling Joe at 717 579-8257

Can I change clothes at your studio? Yes, you may change in our restroom area at your convenience. Many of our clients do.

Do I need to bring anything with me? Bring a towel, a bottle of water and we'll do the rest!

What if I want to purchase more personal training sessions, how do I do that? Simply get in touch with Joe by email at joe@phyt4u.com or call Joe directly at 579-8257 if you have any questions. We'll likely be in touch with you before you current package of sessions expires to help you decide on the best course of action going forward.

Can I bring a friend to see what I do and try this out too? Absolutely! You can bring a friend or family member to try us out and see what it's like to receive professional private training in fitness and nutrition. Try out two free sessions.

How do I refer someone to you? Send them to our website at www.phyt4u.com or have them call Joe directly at 579-8257 to set up a free no-obligation consult. When they mention your name as their referral source and join you'll get 3 free sessions as my way of saying thanks for supporting my business.

How long before I see or feel any results? Most of our clients reported feeling results within the first two weeks and actually seeing results within the first thirty days. Put your best foot forward and combine that with our expertise and exciting things are bound happen fast.
