Can I walk in anytime or do I need to schedule a set time to meet with you?

We schedule all meetings and sessions by appointment only so that we may continue to give each and every person the dedicated time and attention they need and deserve without interruption. 

 

How should I dress to attend the consult?

Dress comfortably, there will not be any required exercise.

 

How long does the initial consult normally last?

We reserve a full hour to make sure that there is enough time to complete the process and answer any questions that you may have.

 

Do I need to bring anything else with me to the consult?

While it is not necessary to bring anything along, feel free to bring anything relevant to discussing your needs and goals. Some bring a list of vitamins, supplements, medicines, dates of injuries, surgeries, past therapies, etc. while others do not.

 

Can someone accompany me?

You may invite up to two others to join you so long as you're comfortable discussing your needs and goals in the presence of those joining you.

Is there a place to change clothes?

Yes, we have a private restroom to change in.

 

What hours are you open to schedule sessions?

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 9:30pm, Saturday's 7:30am to 1:30pm

 

Can I bring a guest with me?

Please see a staff member to inquire before bringing a guest along. Those who wish to exercise with you will need to sign a registration form before participating in an exercise session. A guest may attend up to two sessions free of charge, thereafter normal rates apply.

Do I need to bring anything to my first session?

Bring your program package sheet signed and dated, your preferred method of recurring payment and your physicians approval in writing. If you don't have your doctors written permission, be sure that we receive it within 10 days from the completion of your first scheduled exercise session.
