NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

For the past 10 years I have studied, researched and paid close attention to health and fitness as it applies to those I work with and including myself. The results have been well worth it. Now I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others to help them discover and unlock their true potential.

Exercise is not only beneficial for the physical body, but for the mind as well. It helps us move through the world more efficiently and relieves stress allowing the brain to operate at a more optimal level. The human body is capable of incredible feats of strength, speed, and transformation. Helping others succeed like never before continues to be my passion.

My own personal background has helped to shape my integrative approach towards exercise and achieving goals in that "I'll never do something more difficult" than it has to be. I believe in smart, efficient solutions and design programs accordingly for men, women and athletes alike based on this core set of values.

Future educational pursuits include specialties in corrective exercise as well as exercise programs for youthful athletes and applications for exercise with kettlebells.
